All products are sourced directly from our partner brands, ensuring customers receive genuine products manufactured to reliable engineering standards.
Why Lubrication Systems Matter
Proper lubrication is one of the key factors in machine reliability and service life. Insufficient or inconsistent lubrication can cause premature failure of bearings and other components. Centralized lubrication systems automatically deliver precise, consistent amounts of lubricant to multiple points, reducing the risk associated with manual lubrication, which can miss certain points or apply too much lubricant. Choosing the right system configuration, pump type, and metering devices for the machine directly affects system reliability, maintenance workload, and lubricant consumption.
Lubrication Systems
Single Line System
A single line lubrication system uses a single main supply line to deliver lubricant from a central pump to metering devices installed at various lubrication points. Its simple structure makes it easy to install and maintain, making it suitable for machinery with a moderate number of lubrication points.
Multi Line System
A multi line lubrication system uses dedicated supply lines connected directly from a multi-outlet pump to each lubrication point, without the need for intermediate metering devices. This direct-feed design allows precise control of the lubricant quantity at each point, making it suitable for machinery with a limited number of critical lubrication points.
Progressive System
A progressive lubrication system uses progressive divider blocks connected in sequence, with lubricant flowing through each outlet in a set order before starting a new cycle. This design allows blockages in the system to be monitored, and if a blockage occurs at any point, the system can stop operation and trigger an alarm.
Dual Line System
A dual line lubrication system uses two main lines that operate alternately to deliver lubricant to metering valves installed at the lubrication points, with a reversing valve controlling the flow between the two lines in each cycle. This system supports long lubricant delivery distances and a large number of lubrication points, making it suitable for large machinery and industrial plants.
Oil Circulation System
An oil circulation system continuously pumps lubricant from a central reservoir through bearings and other components before returning it to the reservoir, typically passing through a filter for reuse. In addition to providing lubrication, the continuous oil flow also helps dissipate heat from components, making it suitable for machinery that operates at high speed or under heavy load.
Lubrication Pumps
Electric Pump
An electric lubrication pump uses an electric motor to automatically deliver lubricant according to a set operating cycle, reducing the need for manual lubrication. It is a popular pump choice for centralized lubrication systems due to its ability to deliver lubricant consistently and reliably for continuous industrial use.
Pneumatic Pump
A pneumatic lubrication pump uses compressed air to drive the pumping mechanism. It is suitable for environments that already have a compressed air system in place, or in areas where the use of electrical power is inconvenient or restricted, such as hazardous areas or explosion-risk zones.
Hydraulic Pump
A hydraulic lubrication pump is driven by the hydraulic power source already present in the machine, allowing lubricant to be delivered in step with the machine's operation without requiring a separate electrical or pneumatic power source. It is commonly used with mobile machinery and heavy equipment that already has a hydraulic system in place.
Manual Pump
A manual lubrication pump operates by hand-lever or hand-press action, delivering lubricant on demand without requiring electrical power or compressed air. It is a simple, economical option for small machinery, or serves as a backup system for larger lubrication systems.
Barrel Pump
A barrel pump is designed to draw lubricant directly from a barrel or drum. It can be used to refill the reservoir of a lubrication system or to dispense oil directly during maintenance, making it suitable for factories or facilities that purchase lubricant in bulk.
Metering Devices
Progressive Distributor
A progressive distributor divides the flow of lubricant into multiple outlets in a set sequence to deliver it to each lubrication point. This design allows blockages within the system to be monitored and detected from a single inspection point, increasing the reliability of the lubrication system.
Injector System
An injector system uses injectors to meter and control the amount of lubricant delivered, installed separately at each lubrication point in single line or dual line systems. Each injector can deliver a fixed, adjustable amount of lubricant per cycle, allowing the oil quantity to be set to match the needs of each lubrication point.
Metering Valves
Metering valves precisely control the amount of lubricant delivered to each point in a dual line lubrication system, operating in step with the pressure cycle of each line. Accurate, consistent lubricant delivery helps prevent both insufficient lubrication and lubricant waste from over-application.
Divider Blocks
Divider blocks divide the flow of lubricant into multiple outlets within a progressive lubrication system. Pistons inside the block move in sequence to ensure lubricant flows through to each connected point. They can be connected in series to expand the system to support a large number of lubrication points.
Fluid Management Systems
Oil Refill System
An oil refill system allows the reservoir of a lubrication system and the machine's oil sump to be refilled quickly and cleanly. It is typically connected to a bulk oil supply, reducing the risk of contamination from manual pouring and minimizing spills during refilling.
Hydraulic Hose
Hydraulic hose is used to carry pressurized fluid between components in lubrication and hydraulic systems. It is designed to withstand the pressure, temperature, and fluid type appropriate to the application. Selecting the correct hose and fitting specifications is important for preventing leaks and premature failure.
Oil Transfer
Oil transfer equipment, such as pumps, hoses, and fittings, helps move lubricant between storage containers, metering devices, and machinery safely and cleanly. Using the appropriate equipment reduces the risk of contamination and spillage compared to manual pouring.
Reservoir Monitoring
Reservoir monitoring devices track the lubricant level inside the tank, and in some systems can also monitor temperature or contamination, alerting the maintenance team before the oil level drops enough to affect operation. Continuous monitoring reduces the risk of downtime caused by an unnoticed empty reservoir.
